CNN —

When observing your favorite actors appearing fit on the red carpet, you may assume that their level of fitness is unattainable for the average person. It may seem reserved only for those with extravagant lifestyles and unlimited resources that seemingly extend the length of each day. However, this perception is not entirely accurate.

In reality, according to their trainers, most celebrities encounter many of the same challenges as the rest of us when attempting to prioritize wellness amidst the responsibilities of everyday life.

Fitness is a juggling act for everyone

Similar to many individuals, celebrities also grapple with the demands of work and home schedules while striving to stay fit.

These professionals must be strategic in timing and efficiency of their workouts to avoid encroaching on quality family time.

Don Saladino, a long-standing trainer to Hollywood A-listers such as Ryan Reynolds and Anne Hathaway, revealed that his clients often need to find time for workouts and recovery during odd and inconvenient hours due to their work schedules. For instance, he shared how when he was training Liev Schreiber for his crime drama series “Ray Donovan,” the actor had periods of three consecutive days of shooting during the day, followed by three days of shooting overnight. "That's very challenging, yet very common. Their schedules are so unpredictable."

Regardless of celebrity status, it requires effort for anyone to establish and maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Continue reading for tips on how to optimize your routine.

It requires daily commitment.
