As the saying goes, health is the root of all happiness. Health is the most valuable asset of a human being. A person's happiness depends on their health. Money, success, fame, honor, influence and prestige are all meaningless to a man of broken health.
👉 HEALTH : Health is the greatest blessing. The greatest sustenance. We all need to take care of our bodies
👉 FITNESS : Health has been defined by WHO as the state of total wellbeing, of both the body and the mind. It is essential to understand that a perfect state of health is defined by many parameters. Some of which are physical, while others prefer a person’s emotional state.
👉 MENTAL HEALTH : Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
👉NUTRITION : Nutrition is the study of food and how it works in your body. Nutrition includes all the stuff that's in your food, such as vitamins, protein, fat, and more. It's important to eat a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and grains, so you have what you need to grow and be healthy.
👉SKIN CARE : Our skin is the largest part of our body and needs constant care and miniaturization to achieve a healthy glow. First thing to healthy-looking skin is maintaining an internal regimen; drinking lots of water and eating fruits and veggies will keep skin nourished, moisturized and blemish free.
