Andrew Hoge, 425's style and wellness columnist, recently shared some tips on KING 5's "New Day Northwest" to help keep your skin healthy and glowing. Here are some of his suggestions:


- Use a thicker moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.

- Consider adding an eye cream to your routine to protect the delicate skin around your eyes.

- Mix a hydrating serum with your moisturizer to give your skin an extra boost of hydration.

- Reintroduce retinoids to your routine to help reduce fine lines and pigmentation.

- Use a restorative mask once or twice a week to soothe and calm your skin.

- Be cautious with exfoliation, as overdoing it can leave your skin vulnerable to environmental damage. Consider a gentle chemical peel instead of a harsh physical exfoliant.

- Don't forget to wear SPF, even on cloudy days. UVA and UVB rays can still penetrate through clouds and cause damage to your skin.
